Meet Natalie Fortunato. Her mission is to help you with your health, fitness and supplemental goals. Natalie is a certified Personal trainer and over the last several years she has spent time helping people with their various fitness goals. She enjoys working with all healthy minded individuals ranging from athletes, bodybuilders, expecting mothers, and seniors. Natalie is passionate about working with those who want to gain general knowledge in health and nutrition.
natalie has had an interest in health and fitness since she was 11 years old. Natalie can relate to many who struggle with weight. She was a self proclaimed “fat kid” in school. She quickly learned that by spending time playing sports such as basketball, she began to loose weight and feel good about herself. Ever since then, Natalie has been fascinated with the body and how it responds to different foods and exercise.
Training with Natalie offers many different training options. We understand that your life is busy, and that you need to find an exercise schedule and plan that bests suites You. We have clients we see weekly in their home and others we train from afar via the internet. When you have the right schedule in place, you are more likely to stick with it and are more likely to become successful.
In Home Personal Training
Our in home personal training option for in home personal training is perfect for individuals that desire a more private or more one on one setting. This convenient, premiere service makes training easy. Our trainers come to your home on you schedule, complete with the equipment necessary to give you the workout you need. In home personal can range from range from 1 to 5 visits per week. Each session lasts 1 hour. All in-home packages include a meal planning, progress tracking and full access to your trainer to keep you engaged and moving forward.
Online training packages are suitable for those who have the motivaton to work out on their own but need some extra guidance in accomplishing their goals. Our trainers will create a workout plan specific to your needs with descriptive instructions for each exercise. These packages can be designed anywhere from 1- 5 workouts per week. Online training includes progress tracking, email and phone support and meal planning.
Group training is great for keeping you motivated with your peers. This is a fun way to get fit with a more social atmosphere. These sessions last between 1-2 hours depending on how many students there are per class. Group training classes can take place in your home, at a local outdoor park , or at a nearby fitness facility. All levels are welcome for group sessions. This can also be a fun family experience! Nutrition plans are also available for those in group training. All exercises and meal plans are specific to your goals.
