2009 Lenday Murray Results
The show was amazing, there were 70 competitors and I had 6 others in my class this time! There were a lot of great bodies at this show and I got to meet some awesome people like 8x Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and 8x Ms. Olympia Lenda Murray.
I got my abs tighter but they still need some improving….
I feel like it was a tight decision for the judges, I placed 2nd out of 7 girls! The girl that got the first place had a tighter midsection and that sure is my weak spot!
I don’t feel disappointed, I feel great. I am pleased with my placing and I know where I need to make my improvements. No more shows for this year. It’s time to train hard and enjoy a little food. Preparation for next year has just started!

Ronnie is a BIG BIG man. 2nd place is great Natalie! Keep up the hard work. Each photo gallery I see improvements and that is the name of the game. Can’t wait to see the latest batch.
