		<description>So... I&#039;m on Day 4 of week 3 and I feel great! I am noticing now that my muscles are staying sore for a longer period of time. Coming up in week 4, I&#039;m going to increase my protein by a few grams per meal to help my muscles heal quicker.
I&#039;m really looking forward to my cheat day on Saturday! I want it all... Chocolate cake, pizza, fried fish and frozen yogurt! :D I know though, that when Saturday comes, all of my cravings will vanish. I usually just end up eating a couple small things so I don&#039;t get too bloated and uncomfortable the next day!</description>

I&#039;m noticing definition all over! I can see my oblique muscle starting to show, my shoulders look nice and round, my quads have a nice sweep but most importantly, I feel good!! 		<description>Well, today is day 3 of the diet! I&#039;m feeling pretty good! I had a great morning cardio workout at 5am and a nice cardio session on my lunch break today! 
All it takes is a short 20 minute workout to get those endorphins going to get you through the rest of the day!
I&#039;m looking forward to a nice peaceful night hanging out with my dogs and my boyfriend on the couch tonight! :) 
Remember- Take time for your mind, a helathy mind= a healthy body!</description>
