In-home Personal Training
I offer in-home training for those of you that have a busy lifestyle and can’t make it out to the gym. I will come to your house and you can workout in the comfort of your own home! My in-home programs range from 1 one hour training sessions a week up to 5 one hour sessions per week, depending on your goals. All in-home packages include a meal plan, progress tracking and full acess to contact me at any time with your questions or concerns.
Online Email-based Personal Training
These packages are suitable for those who have the motivaton to work out on their own but need some guidance on what exercises work for their goals. I will create a workout plan specific to your needs with descriptive instructions for each exercise. These packages can be designed for 1 workout a week and up to 5 workouts per week. This will also include progress tracking, email and phone support and a goal specific meal plan.
Group Training
Group training is great for a group of friends looking to get fit! This is a fun way to get fit during a social hour. These sessions last between 1-2 hours depending on how many students there are per class. These classes can take place in your home or at a local outdoor park or at a nearby fitness facility. All levels are welcome for group sessions. This can also be a fun family experience! Nutrition plans are also available for those in group training. All exercises and meal plans are specific to your goals.
