My goals keep me motivated as well. Setting multiple goals long term and short term and then tracking the results is what it is all about. I am also very competetive and I have always been the most competetive with myself. Constantly pushing myself because I know I can go harder or longer or heavier or faster. I can always do better and so I strive to reach that never ending goal but reaching all the smaller gaols along the way.
