For women in Nottingham or the surrounding areas, this face-to-face fitness coaching package gives you 1:1 support to reach your fitness goals. Using the same  coaching method as my online coaching programmes, this face-to-face option is ideal for Nottingham women who would like to see me in person for training sessions.
